Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Deluxe Emperica. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone for shipment processing time. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. 

Return & Exchange Policy

To return an item, please email us at deluxeemperica@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include the invoice of the order (if you have lost it, then you can download it from your orders page), and then parcel your items from any courier service to the given address (we will give you the address where to parcel the items) and after inspecting the product by our team, return or replacement is offered to the customer.
